- The candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Maintenance Engineer

- The candidate must be lagos based and preferably hold at least a 2.1 BSc or HND degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electronics from a reputable University
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience performing installation and servicing for a nationwide telecom company with multiple based station locations

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Supervisor Warehouse, VMI and LPG Plant's reports directly to the Warehouse & LPG Filling Plants Manager. His/her primary responsibility is to coordinate the operations of Warehouse VMI and LPG Plants within a region by ensuring operations are efficient and conform to the company's standards and operating procedures. The Regional supervisor is also responsible for supervising and sustaining a good and productive team within his/her region.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that warehouse, VMI and LPG Plants conform to operational standard at all times.
 Coordinate Warehouse, VMI & LPG Plants team to achieve efficiency in the delivery of quality operational service.
 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of product movement within the Warehouse, VMI and LPG Plants.
 Attend to issues relating to shortages and calibration of tanks at VMI, Warehouse & LPG Plant.
 Ensure efficient inventory management of all stock points within the region such that stock variances are kept within the tolerance limit of 0.3%
 Organize training for VMI, Warehouse and LPG Officers and supervisor.
 Regular monitoring of warehouse, VMI and LPG Plant operations in the region
 Compliance with EHS policy and procedures

Timeliness in dispatch

OPEC is a permanent intergovernmental organization of 12 oil-exporting developing nations that coordinates and unifies the petroleum policies of its Member Countries. OPEC's mission is to help stabilise the oil market through coordination of national oil production policies and to help oil producers achieve a reasonable investment return.

It further helps ensure stable oil supplies for consumers. The advertised post is located at the OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria, headed by the Secretary General, who carries out the executive functions of the Organization.

Job Dimensions:

Within the Finance & Human Resources Department, the Finance Section is responsible for all financial matters and financial control functions at the Secretariat and ensuring Financial integrity of the Organization as stipulated in the Financial Regulations.
The Finance Officer is responsible for financial matters and financial control functions at the Secretariat, ensuring financial integrity of the Organization in accordance with the objectives of the Section. He plans and manages financial resources of the Secretariat efficiently. Furthermore, he manages the work program of the Finance Section and supervises and guides its staff.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

    * University degree (advanced degree preferred) in Accounting/Finance
    * A minimum of 8 years (6 years in case of an advanced degree) in accounting, finance and budgeting
    * Training/specialization in accounting (managerial / financial accounting), finance (financial management preferred), cost & benefit analysis/budgeting and computer accounting systems
    * Analytical, communication and presentation skills

Status and Benefits:

Members of the Secretariat are international employees whose responsibilities are not national but exclusively international. In carrying out their functions, they have to demonstrate the personal qualities expected of international employees such as integrity, independence and impartiality.
The post is at grade E, reporting to the Head of Finance & Human Resources Department. The compensation package, including expatriate benefits, is commensurate with the level of the post.

Job Description:

Efficiently use materials, personnel and equipment to implement the well drilling, workover and completion programs on the shelf and deepwater rigs.
Have understanding of rig components, how they work and their limitations.
Understand and able to apply drilling fluids principles and perform well control calculations
Calculate volumes for cement jobs and basic mud hydraulics; perform casing tally and space out on the rig
Ensure all rig site task-specific procedures have been risk-assessed and rig site QA/QC plan requirements are addressed
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
Required Skills:
Mastery of Wellview Drilling and Database Application.
Ability to analyze Drilling Operations data
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills.

Experience:
One (1) – Two (2) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) with a minimum of Six (6) months industry experience in Drilling and Completions operations
