Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of Emerson abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities
- Identify and secure new business and new customers in Thermal Management business by promoting ENP products and services
- Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters
- Provide timely and reliable yearly, monthly and weekly reports as necessary
- Coordinate, track and manage the proactive liaison and negotiation with customers
- Ensure that the Company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote Emerson Network Power at every opportunity.
Job Requirements
- An entrepreneurial and decisive personality, self-motivated and dedicated with a will to win.
- Strong business acumen and passionate about sales.
- Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience of working in a sales environment, preferably in a technical sales role.
